Best of Myrtle Beach (10/1-10/17)

Myrtle Beach Area Fun (October 1st - 17th, 2009)

The fall weather is wonderful... peaking in the low 80s and cool evenings in the upper 60s. The ocean is still comfortably warm for swimming and surf fishing is picking up, too. There are great deals with Century 21 Thomas for your vacation rental home or condo with a special fall offer - Book 2 Nights, Get a 3rd Night FREE! Come on down and enjoy a L O N G weekend of fun at the beach.

Check out some of the fun on the calendar for the next few weeks.

Little Shop of Horrors at the Palace Theatre at Broadway at the Beach. Come see this affectionate and hilarious spoof of the 1950s sci-fi film genre, one of the longest running Off-Broadway shows of all time. Enjoy the music and laughs with Audrey II - a plant like none you've ever seen before.

The 5th Annual Little River Shrimp & Jazz Festival... October 10th & 11th. Located on the historic waterfront in beautiful Little River, this festival provides a family oriented party that is fun for all ages. Entertainment includes arts and crafts vendors, live Jazz music all day and a famous Shrimp Cookoff. This is a FAMILY-FRIENDLY EVENT.

There are several excellent concerts coming up, too!
